B.A., University of Texas, Sociology and History

RESEARCH INTERESTS:

My area of research lies mostly in transgender studies, with queer and feminist studies mixed into that.

CURRENT RESEARCH:

I am currently researching medical encounters faced by trans patients and how they influence their relationship with medical professionals. I am framing this relationship in the context of how trans patients are medicalized.
