Cara Cancelmo

Cara Cancelmo received her BA in Political Science at Skidmore College.  She is leaving her position as Director of Development and Communications at the CT Veterans Legal Center to pursue her research on white racism.  Her earlier work on the 1994 Crime Bill, which challenged the public narrative that racial consequences of the Crime Bill were “unforeseeable.”
