RESEARCH PROJECTS:

In my dissertation, I study how globalization and technology reproduce social inequalities, create new pathways of migration, and engender new forms of resistance. I examine Indian tech workers’ collective action in India and the US. I use urban and virtual ethnography, participant observation and interviews for this study.

I have also collaborated with Professor Manisha Desai and Professor Bandana Purkayastha on several projects.
